VTF Company History

Vermont Timber Frames handcrafts timber frame and post & beam structures in the same manner that they have been built for centuries. Our focus continues to be on the synthesis of structural integrity and aesthetic pleasure. While the methods of joinery at VTF mirror the tried and true traditions of the world's timber framing pioneers, our innovative design team continues to allow each timber frame to be dictated by the personal, architectural, and aesthetic considerations of the client.

Our timber frames are designed and built for residential and commercial structures, including homes, barns, restaurants, inns, lodges, stables, and churches. We craft all of our frames just over the Vermont border in Cambridge, NY, and ship and erect them all over the country and world.
